Booking & Planning
How do I book a charter?
Reach out through our contact form or call us at (340) 209-7601. We'll confirm your date, vessel, and itinerary — usually same day. Here's what to expect.
What's included in the price?
Every charter comes fully crewed with your captain, our Endless Blue Signature Punch, water, ice, soft drinks, snorkel gear, and all safety equipment. See the full breakdown on our What to Expect page.
What's NOT included?
Gratuity, fuel (powerboat charters), BVI customs fees, lunch/premium provisions, and dock transportation. We list it all plainly on What to Expect — no surprises.
Where do we depart from?
Depending on your vessel — Charlotte Amalie Harbor or Red Hook, St. Thomas. We'll confirm your exact meeting spot and time in your pre-trip reminder. See Our Vessels for each boat's home base.
What's your cancellation/weather policy?
We only sail when it's safe. If the captain calls off a trip for weather, we'll work to reschedule or refund. Contact us with any date concerns.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Do I need to pay a deposit to hold my date?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your charter. Your date is not held until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due prior to departure. Reach out through our contact form to get started.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change. Here's how it works:
30 or more days before your charter: full deposit refund, minus a $50 processing fee
15–29 days before your charter: 50% of the total charter value refunded
14 days or fewer: no refund — the full charter value is due
No-shows are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, see the rescheduling question below.
Can I reschedule instead of cancelling?
Yes — one reschedule is allowed at no charge with 15 or more days' notice, subject to availability. Reschedule requests within 14 days of your charter are treated as a cancellation under the policy above. Contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to find a date that works.
What happens if YOU cancel due to weather?
If we cancel your charter because of unsafe sea conditions, a named storm, or a mechanical issue on our end, you receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no penalty. Weather calls are the captain's decision — we don't make them lightly, and your safety is never negotiable. This is separate from guest-initiated cancellations due to personal weather preferences.
Do you recommend travel insurance?
Yes — strongly. Unexpected things happen: flights get cancelled, emergencies come up, storms shift dates. A policy protects your deposit and charter costs in ways we can't, so one surprise doesn't cost you the whole trip. We can help you get a quote through our travel partner — just ask.

What to Bring
What should I bring?
Swimsuit, towel, reef-safe sunscreen (lotion only — no aerosol sprays, they're restricted to protect the reefs), a hat, sunglasses, and anything personal for your day. We handle the rest.
Do I need to bring snorkel gear?
No — masks, fins, and flotation are provided for every guest. Just show up ready to get in the water. See what's included.
Is there shade on the boat?
Yes, every vessel has shaded seating so you can get out of the sun. See each boat on Our Vessels.
Food & Drink
Is food included? Can I bring my own?
Light snacks are available and you're welcome to bring your own food and drinks. Full catered meals and premium provisions can be arranged in advance. Glass containers are discouraged for safety — cans or reusable bottles are best.
What about alcohol?
Our Endless Blue Signature Punch is poured all day. You're welcome to bring additional beverages of your choice (no glass, please).
BVI & Customs
Can we go to the British Virgin Islands?
Yes — Dream Girl runs BVI day trips to Jost Van Dyke, Norman Island, The Baths, and the Soggy Dollar. See BVI Day Trips.
Do I need a passport for the BVI?
Yes — every guest needs a valid passport for BVI trips, including children of any age, and it must have at least 6 months remaining before expiration on your date of travel. BVI customs enforces this strictly — no exceptions. USVI-only trips don't require a passport for U.S. travelers.
How do BVI customs fees work?
Customs and immigration clearance is billed per person and paid the day of your charter. You can pre-register online to save time at the dock — full details and the link are on What to Expect.
On the Boat
Is there a bathroom onboard?
Yes — our vessels have a head (bathroom) and a freshwater deck shower for rinsing off after snorkeling.
Can we customize the itinerary?
Absolutely — that's the whole point of a private charter. You and your captain plan the day around what you want: snorkeling, beach hopping, island bars, or just relaxing. More on What to Expect.
Can we play our own music?
Most vessels have Bluetooth — bring your playlist.
Kids & Safety
Are kids welcome?
Yes — families are welcome and we carry child life vests onboard. Let us know ages when you book so we have the right gear ready.
Are your captains licensed?
Every captain is USCG-licensed and knows these waters inside out. Safety equipment meets all Coast Guard requirements.
Is everything private, or could we share the boat with strangers?
100% private. Every Endless Blue charter is your group only — never shared. More about us.
