Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before booking. By acknowledging it, you agree to these terms.

GUEST-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS

We understand that plans change. Here's how it works:

• 30 or more days before your charter: full deposit refund, minus a $50 processing fee.
• 15–29 days before your charter: 50% of the total charter value is refunded.
• 14 days or fewer before your charter: no refund — the full charter value is due.

No-shows are non-refundable.

RESCHEDULING

One reschedule is allowed at no charge with 15 or more days' notice, subject to availability. Reschedule requests within 14 days of your charter are treated as a cancellation under the policy above. Please contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to find a date that works.

IF WE CANCEL (WEATHER OR CAPTAIN'S CALL)

If we cancel your charter because of unsafe sea conditions, a named storm, or a mechanical issue on our end, you receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no penalty. Weather calls are the captain's decision — we don't make them lightly, and your safety is never negotiable. This is separate from guest-initiated cancellations due to personal weather preferences.

FUEL, CUSTOMS & GRATUITY

Fuel is billed separately based on your itinerary. BVI trips include a customs fee per person (cash; passport with at least 6 months' validity required). Gratuity for your captain and crew is customary — 20% of the charter rate is standard in the islands. These amounts are separate from the charter rate and are not part of any refund calculation unless already paid.

HOW REFUNDS ARE ISSUED

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

GOVERNING LAW

This policy is governed by the laws of the U.S. Virgin Islands, with exclusive venue in the courts of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.
